Test on-the-fly creation of xquery files instead of util:eval

Can we derive and write temporary xqueries from the configuration that do not use util:eval? Is it quicker?

Hi @awagner-mainz, I would suggest to add this feature to the 2.x branch since it will need a good amount of conceptual work first. Ok with you? This way it doesn't get lost. If we find out that it is doable we can still integrate it in the 1.x branch.
