Editing Observation Audio Saving Errors #1022

Describe the bug
If you go to edit an observation, and you try to add a new audio file, when you save it doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create an Observation.
Go to the Observation List, click on it, click the edit pencil.
Click on Audio and record an audio file, stop, hit X and return to editor.
Hit top right checkmark to save. See something went wrong.

Expected behavior
Should be able to add an audio file to an observation while editing.
