Add ability to manually enter coordinates in lat/lon and other coordinate systems

Describe the idea
Currently coordinate entry in dialogs such as "Zoom to coordinates" is in lat/lon geographic coordinates (decimal degrees). We should support entry in other coordinate formats (See also digidem/mapeo-mobile#421)

What is your ideal step by step workflow?
Either there is a setting for the whole app that defines the coordinate system for both coordinate entry and coordinate display, or coordinate entry has the option to use a different system than the display system. This is necessary if the user is entering coordinates which might come a variety of different sources in different coordinate systems.
