Using DROID 6.7.0, with JRE, with similar issues observed on DROID 6.5.2 also

Attempting to scan the attached file (shared with permission) - It's a WACZ Collection (not quite an fmt/1840 WACZ in terms of conformance to the WACZ spec, but a separate thing I'd ideally like to create a container signature for). It's a ZIP, but DROID is having issues treating it as such. There's a message in the error log:

2024-01-22T11:26:44,427 WARN [core-thread-1] SubmissionGateway:321 - Could not process the potential container format (ZIP): file:///C:/Users/<username>/Downloads/Diageo%20Archive%20Collections%20File%20.wacz	ZIP file spanning/splitting is not supported!
2024-01-22T11:26:44,428 WARN [core-thread-1] SubmissionGateway:285 - Could not process the archival format(ZIP): file:///C:/Users/<username>/Downloads/Diageo%20Archive%20Collections%20File%20.wacz	ZIP file spanning/splitting is not supported!

Diageo Archive Collections File.zip
Note that I've adjusted the extension manually from .wacz to .zip here to overcome GitHub upload restrictions.

This one also opens and extracts absolutely fine with both 7ZIP and Windows' own zip extraction utility so I don't believe we have issues with ZIP format validity here, and I wonder if there's something halting the processing because of the warning that could be continued instead...
