CSV bulk card creation without card type doesn't show calculated type

Describe the bug
If we import csv card data for bavaria and have no valid cardType it will be marked red in the preview table but cards can still be created. In general there is no explicit card type needed. If there is a "Ablaufdatum" (validation day) or not it indicates automatically the card type. In this case the card type should be clear to the service user

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to bavaria card administration
2. use the sozialpass nuernberg bulk resource (administration/resources) or delete the column "Kartentyp"
3. See in table but card be created

Expected behavior
As we allow card creation without an explicit card type in the csv. For example if there is a "Ablaufdatum" -> blue card
No "Ablaufdatum" -> Gold card
We should also set this value in the table instead of a "-" (red marked) to indicate which card type will be created
