Do you know if there is any way to enable that one with freenx?

I don't know exactly how to enable this option:
If we are talking about command line arguments of nxagent then AGENT_EXTRA_OPTIONS_X is present in *.conf.

In case the session 'options' file changes, you need to patch the nxnode - startsession()
