Script fails because there is no cookies.json file

Every time I capture a region I get an error about how cookies.json doesn't exist

Oh found out it's because I had the file in programfiles folder so it needs administrator rights to create the file

I'm getting this error even though my folder doesn't require administrative perms to access... is the %20 escaped space breaking it? After I moved it to a folder path with no spaces it worked.
