@heidilyu We will be using this issue to track the documentation and general questions on Croatia. We will open another issue named "Croatia-descriptive/analysis/etc" as we move forward

Documentation:

• Portal of public procurement, but the data we have from the previous project is from this portal
• This website has a good summary on the norms and legislation passed by Croatia to deal with COVID. Once we know the variables we have, we will come back to this and check what we could do. There are some interesting rules.
• It seems the WB has a project to support Croatian firms to cope with COVID @serenacocciolo (Helping Enterprises Access Liquidity in the Republic of Croatia (P172024))
• Recovery plan: in addition to the WB project above, the UE passed a recovery plan
• Croatia OpenTender portal.

Next tasks @heidilyu:

• Get familiar with the code from GH and the data we have in the folders. There is data on public procurement and contract implementation @sokiya worked on it.
• Explore the data we have in the folders. If "covid products" are identified in the data, list products, number of entities that purchase these products.
• Check whether we could use the data from the portal
