This repository will contain the code for all the analysis and the reproducibility package for the paper “Practical application of shrinkage estimators for primary care provider performance evaluation: Evidence from the Estonia Quality Bonus Scheme”. This analysis will use the data on Quality Bonus Scheme (QBS) points of providers in Estonia.
