Pwd Hash w/ Server 2022

Has anyone successfully used this utility to extract hashes that were saved on a DC server 2022? I've used it in previous OS versions without issue. In 2022, the hashes are being returned empty. If i run it with the "--debug" flag I get errors like:

Failed to decrypt NT hash for '...' with error: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
Failed to decrypt supplemental credentials for '...' with error: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
