Hi! bed2diff as and option to et the number of threads with the flag --nthreads.
As far as I can tell there's not a corresponding option for the main program runeems_snps.
Is it simply the case that this algorithm is not parallelizable and is stuck using a single thread or is there an option somewhere that I've missed? As far as I could tell it's not described in the documentation, nor could I see anything about it in the source code.
