Flax or Haiku?

Should we retire Haiku for Flax?

Pros:

• Haiku is not being developed anymore
• Flax has a larger user base
• Flax has a new API that is a bit easier to use for ppl new to JAX

Cons:

• I like Haiku better
• Haiku is feature-complete (for my problems)
• After having switched to Flax in most of my other code (sbijax and surjectors being the exceptions so far) just a year ago, Flax already released a new API which would mean switching again. That makes Flax imho kinda unstable as a platform.
