Did v10 RC6 change how slash/application commands (interactions) are saved?

It might just be taking a while, but after updating to Version 10.0.0 Release Candidate 6, I've been having trouble creating new slash commands.

I've been using
$guild->commands->save($commandVariable);
if that helps.

So, I'm pretty sure that's this method?

Update:
No, it does not change how they're saved.

It was a completely unrelated code issue - I was trying to put capitals in a 'name' field, which Discord doesn't like.
