[BUG] Working hours: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')

Current Behavior

Creating a ticket results in y65ebdb3c1 error, telling us to send to administrator.

Error in console is the following.
08/03/24 19:45:00 [ERROR] (MODALS) "questions" modal execution error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')

The ticket itself is created in the sidebar, but the end user sees the error message and assumes the ticket failed to be created.

Expected Behavior

Create ticket without error.

Steps To Reproduce

Create ticket.
Results in error.

Environment

- OS:Pterodactyl Egg
- Node:18
- NPM:
- Bot:Latest Version

Oops, I didn't see this.
You haven't copied the whole error message but I think this is the same as #452.
The working hours feature seems to be broken but you can disable the feature by setting all of the times to their defaults, 00:00 to 23:59
