This folder contains the code used to generate results for the manuscript: Integrative genomics identifies lncRNA regulatory networks across 1,044 pediatric leukemias and extra-cranial solid tumors.
In the scripts folder you find an Rmarkdown notebook containing code used to generate each Figure and supplementary figures (as listed in the script itself).
The script details which chunk of code refers to which figure or supplementary table.
The Data and Results folder are available upon request.
