[Bug]: App breaks on account switch in step 3 of the Create Offer process #786

Steps to reproduct

On Create page, select Create Offer
Proceed to step 3
Switch account in Metamask
Observe that the app is breaking

Doesn't happen in Create Pool and in any other step of the Create Offer process.
