The trade page keeps loading if pool is not available on network

Steps to reproduce:

Take an existing pool on Polygon (or create one if none exists)
Connect the app to Mumbai chain and navigate to open the trade page via a link
Observe that the page keeps loading

Best, show a message to user that the pool is not available on the current network and they should try switch to another network.
