Feature Request: Related to ACRE/TFAR "is speaking" icons

Have had a community ask me to open this feature request on their behalf. It would be a great addition to be able to choose to have the "is speaking" and "is talking on radio" icons only show up on the namelist and keep the radar icons as they usually are.

Tacking on to skip making a new issue -- It also would be nice to disable speaking/radio icons from rotating. Some may want to still be able to tell player direction, but others (myself) see upside-down icons and just get confused.
