Limit by Warning Type. Avoid Spamming of specific alert types. For example Hochwasser, getting way too much alerts

Oh, people are still using this. Personally I switched to using the FOSS Warn app since that meets my requirements (FOSS & works without Play Services).

I'd be open for pull requests.
