Unpluggin a USB device causes entire system to slow down #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install BusDog filter driver
2. Reboot
3. Plug in USB device
4. Unplug it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
USB mouse is extremely slow and laggy, mouse buttons no longer work
Task Manager no longer works.  It opens, but is empty
Computer will not shut down

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
busdog64_v0.2.1
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

I'm having the same problem on my Lenovo T560 laptop running Win10 RS2 (ver. 15063). On the other hand, I don't have this problem on my desktop PC running Win10 RS3 (ver. 16299). Both machines are running x64 OS. I was testing with the driver from 2012 but results are the same with latest build (from 2015). I doubt the difference between Win10 versions (RS2 vs. RS3) makes a difference...
