ECONNREFUSED Error

Hey,

I wanted to try out your promising plugin, but I always get the following error:

My environment is:
Windows 10
Docker for Windows^, v2.3.0.4 (Docker Engine 19.03.12)
browser-plus v0.0.98
sphinx-preview v0.1.5

Since I read in some other bug reports, that manually starting a sphinx-server differs from the automated start, I did not try to do this. When I check my Docker Dashboard (or using docker ps, there is no new container listed. Did I installed something wrong?
