setProgressHandler don't keep up with pause event while speech does

Expected behavior

I was thinking relaying on pause without resume won't be a problem as long as we have the setProgressHandler that takes a call back to know exactly where the speech at. trying pause with speak did work but the callback was restarting from zero while the speech did actually continue from where i paused it, we even need a resume function or we need the progressHandler to actually have an accurate start end integers when we trigger speak function after pausing
