每次都必须要去Google云盘重新下载然后重新拉取所有库吗？
正确而简单的解决方案是什么？

只更新源码部分就行了。谷歌盘那个自带 git 历史，启动时 python launch.py --update ，或者跑一下 scripts/local_gitpull.bat，或者自己 git pull 一下
