Error: Failed to query available provider packages

I'm new and trying to use libvirt provider but when I required provider,

libvirt = {
  source  = "dmacvicar/libvirt"
  version =  "0.7.6"
}

run terraform init it through this error, I search a lot please guide me the resolve the issue
