Need to restart computer in-between running the app #3

The packager works. The app is packaged, and the first time I run it after packaging it works perfectly.

The problem is that the next time I run it, the app doesn't seem to load any images.

The only way I have found to fix this is to restart the computer, so perhaps some process is hanging around when it shouldn't.
