can you make rowheader color choicable not restricted to gray25 color

I've changed this so you can configure the colors in the headers more easily.
Here's an example:

pt = Table(frame, dataframe=df)
options = {'fontsize': 10,
        'cellwidth': 60,		
        'colheaderbgcolor': 'orange',
        'colheaderfgcolor': 'blue',
        'rowheaderbgcolor': 'yellow',
        'rowheaderfgcolor': 'blue',
        'rowselectedcolor': 'magenta'}
config.apply_options(options, pt)
pt.show()

so the headers no longer use the 'textcolor' variable
