  • Create two rows at the top including a tools panel and data selection
  • Annotate the data selection dropdowns
  • Move the zoom bar above the line plot
  • Move clear selection into tools near select/deselect
  • Change select/deselect to radio buttons

I'm working on several of these changes in the local-config branch, but moving the zoom bar will require some additional SVG math and labeling the dropdowns will require some extra CSS tweaking. Those might be better handled in separate branches/commits.

For clarity, the step left here is to move the zoom bar up near the other navigation tools
