Adding a GUI for Windows #3

Quite a few users are frightened by the use of a console, and don't like. Therefore, a .NET GUI, being implemented would be quite useful to quite a few people.
A few basic requirements:

  • The source code should be in ".\windows\src\gui"
  • The GUI doesn't need to be implemented in a .NET language, it just needs to follow ease of use design principles.
  • If a .NET language is used the .NET framework can either be v3.5 or v4 (doesn't support XP) to support the most common Windows release
  • For Windows VS2012/2013 should be used

The Setup GUI has been made! Run "setup.win32.bat"
