Enhancement: Review and Improve the Secret Management and Sharing

Enhancement Description

There are a couple of options we can explore:

1. A secret-store-csi-driver compatible vault
   • Since we do not deploy on clouds, we have hashicorp vault-csi-provider
2. Mozilla SOPS
3. Bitnami Sealed Secrets

Use Case

1. Important, especially when you (@ericvaandering ) are on vacation 😅 for

   disaster recovery

   Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.

2. Makes it easier to manage and safer to handle than storing it on our computers or asking others to do so
