@d-ylee and I had our first meeting to coordinate on the training material for this issue, hence marking this as "In progress".

@d-ylee @khurtado now that the training has been provided and training material updated in https://cms-wmcore.docs.cern.ch/training/monitoring/, shall we close this out?
