Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's actually an improvement on the stage out logging. As requested by Stephan on this ggus ticket: https://ggus.eu/index.php?mode=ticket_info&ticket_id=143553#update#9

Describe the solution you'd like
While trying to keep a human readable error report for stage out failures, we could add some extra information to the log file such that it makes SS team and site admins' life easier when debugging such problems.

Stephan suggests the following (but please refer to the ggus ticket for a full list):

• environment variables just before performing the stage out command (or within the stage out command)
• the binary location being used
• and maybe even auto-enabling verbose mode for further attempts

and anything else that might be important for debugging those problems.

And this issue has also been resolved by Andrea's PR: #12081
So I am closing this one out.
