[enhancement] Zabbix 3.4 preprocessing

Since version 3.4 onwards Zabbix is having a new preprocessing feature. https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.4/manual/introduction/whatsnew340#new_preprocessing_options

It may simplify getting data from vPoller to Zabbix directly without even an agent/script or module. It more or less is like prometheusIO is scraping data just with http gets. Was just a quick thought without getting deeper in it.

By the way... a prometheus exporter would also be great ;-)
