Error establishing a new database issue with wordpress

I can spin up my docker instance to work for wordpress on my own local machine, with one admin instance on the original build and container. However once I try to save it make a new image that can be run on a different computer I encounter errors. Name "esstablishing a database connection" Now I know this has to do with my wp-config.php file but im not exactly sure what. Here it is pasted below. What should i do to make sure i can run my code on a new image correctly
