Mining with the Pi Node keeps exiting #14315

Description

When I first started using this it would run for weeks back in Jan and Feb and maybe March. Now it runs for 5 minutes with maybe 7 incoming connections and 2 or 3 outgoing connections. The connections just stop and everything is exited. I have made sure all of the ports are open and working with the Pi Node software.

Reproduce

Start Docker and start the Pi node. The Pi node app is the same one I have been using the whole time. It is the Docker software that has changed, or it was a Windows update. I was running Windows 10 when it stopped working. I tried Reddit forums and lots of things. Nothing works. I upgraded windows to 11 and it still doesn't work. There are tons of people out there whose Pi Nodes are doing the exact same thing.

Expected behavior

The Pi Node brings in the images when it is turned on and Docker runs the containers without exiting.

docker version

I cannot find how to run the docker version command anywhere. They just say do it, but don't explain it. I'm not a programmer. You Tube videos show to just do it, but not how to do it and how to navigate the command prompt. I cannot find in the forums here a detailed tutorial with how to do it. I've been trying to learn for over two hours. Can I get some help please? Thank you tons!

docker info

I cannot find how to run the docker info command.

Diagnostics ID

Additional Info

No matter anything I try, or how many updates happen, it still doesn't work. It runs for 5 minutes tops.

Please help! Thank you!

If someone can point me to where it can show me how to run the command prompt, I can update with all of the info.

Hello @CodeRedDewd.
I looked at the diagnostics you provided and didn't see any errors, that's strange.
Is it doing the same on mac?
Is it not the image that have been updated? (you can try with older tagged images perhaps)
What is the setup/command line to repro?

I don't have a Mac to try it on. It is very strange how it worked in the beginning for a couple of months. As I said, on Reddit there are lots of people having this same problem. The images are two to four years old.

I don't know what you mean when you say setup/command line repro. I open Docker. I then open the Pi Node app, then it starts a container running. It starts making incoming and outgoing connections. Then after five minutes the container says it exited.

I'm sorry. I'm just not a programmer. I really do appreciate the help. I just wonder why so many others are having this exact same issue. I've tried multiple versions of Docker. I've tried other fixes from Reddit, but nothing works.
