Description

I cannot start Docker Desktop with.

Reproduce

  1. Start Docker Desktop

Expected behavior

Docker engine is started.

docker version

I cannot call docker version because Docker Desktop fails

docker info

I cannot call docker info because Docker Desktop fails

I upgraded this morning, and am facing this same issue. Windows 11 ARM with WSL. Refuses to start until I get a message saying I need to recover WSL2. After recovery it works, but after a reboot same issue arises. This issue is present in v4.35.1.
