This is a more stable release of Kitematic for Mac OS X.

• Upgraded to Meteor 0.9.1
• Switched to atom-shell from node-webkit
• Fixed issue that caused high CPU utilization.
• Starting and stopping containers/apps.
• Fixed many installation issues by creating a separate VM from boot2docker.
• Force upgrade of VirtualBox for old versions with issues
• Fixed bug where *.kite requests couldn't be routed to the VM after a restart
