Dynamically adjust image names generated

Hi,

In my workflow I have metadata configured for multiple registries, this works great, however is there a way I can dynamically select which ones are enabled based on an input field into the workflow. The following does not seem to work even though the push-gl input parameter is set to false

 with:
          images: |
            name=registry.gitlab...,enable=${{ inputs.push-gl }}
            name=ghcr.io/...,enable=true
          tags: ${{ inputs.tag-rules }}
          flavor: ${{ inputs.flavor-rules }}

So in the above I always want to push into the GHCR but only push to the GitLab registry if the input parameter is set to true.
