At the moment there's no way to make sure you get a specific release of Java by using a specific tag. This means it's not possible to have highly reproducible builds.

I second this request. This is something we need as well. In it's current state we have to import them into our local private registry and specifically tag them. Another issue, the Java 8 version is _25 and the latest is _31 and it isn't being kept up to date.
