The blog plugin documentation says "all Include plugin flags are supported" but they aren't. You can enter the options but they mostly don't do anything.
As far as I can tell by looking at the code the only include plugin flags that have any effect on the blog plugin are linkonly and pageexists which don't make a lot of sense in the blog plugin anyway, I may not have understood things completely though.
The blog plugin only uses very little code from the include plugin, it might actually be better to remove the dependency on the include plugin altogether.
