build does not connect by default to any peers, also it says

"errors": "This is a pre-release test build - use at your own risk - do not use for mining or merchant applications"

When will the release be ?

you can use this branch as the current released version >
https://github.com/domob1812/huntercore/tree/0.13

there are no hard code peers atm - you will need to addnode to get some peers or use a peers.dat included in one of the download links.
