Hello Diana. Can you introduce yourself and talk a bit about your background and what you do?

Hey! My name is Diana and I had my Computer Science degree at University of Évora, at the very heart of Alentejo, that great region! I worked as a Software Developer between 2007 and 2015, mostly at Nokia, in Aveiro, where I had the chance to also work as a Scrum Master. Back in 2008 I had the lucky of being part of the huge global Agile transformation at Nokia. A bit hard, as every change, but worthy. Since then, I has remained enthusiastic about the Agile mindset, and more recently, from 2017 I've joined the Agile Connect Community, helping to spread, share, and learn through monthly meetups that happens in four different cities, organized by four different autonomous teams, its really an awesome project! But back to the timeline, after worked as a Scrum Master, my manager at that time challenge me to try the role of Line Manager, which I accepted and performed for two years. Last year I moved to Lisbon and start working at Talkdesk, as an Enginering Manager. If I have to described myself, I would say that I'm passionate about my job and I love the challenge of understand people and their motivations.
