Sticky panel is offset by amount page is first horizontally scrolled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load up demo for sticky-panel
2. Size browser window so that horizontal scroll bar appears
3. Scroll horizontally by some amount
4. Scroll vertically until detachment occurs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Sticky panel should not move horizontally.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
