does [FrozenArray] exist as an extended attribute? or were you looking for a way to find the list of usage of generic types in WebIDLpedia in general?

Oh I was led astray by the original issue title and WebKit's implementation. Seems less straightforward to suggest something now.

But yeah, type usage would be interesting.
