When I have org-agenda-start-with-clockreport-mode customized to enabled, I get the following error:

Error running timer ‘org-notifications--get-events’: (wrong-type-argument fixnump nil)

Adding (org-agenda-start-with-clockreport-mode nil) to the let in that function seems to fix it.
