Add File Field to Content Type List Sidebar

User Story

As a content manager, I want to be able to add a File field to the Content Type List sidebar.

Acceptance Criteria

• The File field option is visible in the Content Type List sidebar
• Users can drag and drop the File field from the sidebar into their content type structure
• The addition of the File field is consistent with the existing UI/UX of the Content Type List sidebar
