I am learning deploy my first microservice to azure but got this error:
Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp [::1]:8080: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Please help.

What version of dotnet are you using? What command were you running when you got that error?

V5.0.202 Command I used is from a learning online: kubectl apply -f deploy. yaml Thanks.
