Aspire Cosmos DB Integration Doesn't Work on Apple Silicone

Cosmos emulation doesn't work on Apple Silicone. Perhaps a workaround or note should be added to the doc (or better yet a fix):

Not limited to just Apple devices. Microsoft flagship devices that are using ARM chips also have this problem.
