Describe the issue or suggestion
Issue description:
The version of the package in the document is outdated and needs to be updated

Issue1:
Tutorial: Use .NET Aspire messaging integrations in ASP.NET Core

Expected:
The correct version should be 9.0.0.

Issue2:
Tutorial: Connect an ASP.NET Core app to .NET Aspire storage integrations

Expected:
The correct TFM is net9.0. The correct version of the package should be 9.0.0.
