Custom Prefixes/Destinations per Action

We are using the Azure Blobs egress. I know that we can set up a prefix for the egress, but is it possible to configure a per-action prefix? I'd like to reuse the egress and use the configured prefix as a base value, but then customize the location per action. Otherwise I need to define several egress rules that all differ only by the prefix itself which is a bit noisy.

Barring that, is there any way to customize the file names for dumps/traces so that they can be distinguished if I have multiple rules sharing the common location?
