Description

After refreshing, C2 and C3 pages will leave part of the content empty on iOS or windows

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to iOS simulator or device
2. Click or tap on category 'C' for 'RefreshView'.
3. Select the C2 or C3
4. Pull down to initiate a refresh.

Actual : C2 and C3 pages will leave part of the content empty on iOS or windows

Expected:
C2 and C3 pages
The page behaves the same as android

Verified this issue with Visual Studio 17.10 Preview 6 (8.0.21) Can repro it.
